Hisense 43-Inch 43H5500G Full HD Smart Android TV with Voice Remote (2020 Model)

★☆☆☆☆ Got this not even a month ago. Worked fine for 2 weeks, although the talk to google never did. At this pointRemote won't work I switch the batteries twice to be 100% sure. TV does not turn on. Unplugged it, and plugged it back in nothing, did the same for 30 minutes and plugged it back in.... It is connected to a UPS with surge control, everything around it works...I don't have the box anymore either so... I consider it a loos of $!50.. save your box

This 32 inch unit does not perform like our Sharp (Hisense) 55 inch Google TV.After completing the set-up, I called for customer support - after 80 minutes, I insisted speaking with a supervisor or manager. The front line person could not resolve the problem of No Voice Command - he suggested that I go to Amazon and buy a different remote.The manager/supervisor had a better understanding of the problem and concluded that they packaged the wrong remote when manufacturing the product (Jan 2020).After several weeks, I received a different remote and that too failed to operate with voice control.This TV has been returned to AmazonI recommend buying a different brand TV that works with voice control like mySharp Smart TV and my Philips 43 Smart TV

★★★★★ I'm really enjoying this TV right now. The Android TV system is easy to navigate and has great features. The picture is pretty good, the sound, eh, not the best but not the worst either. For those saying the Google voice stuff doesn't work... not the case for me. You just have to connect the remote through Bluetooth first and then it works great! So far I'm really happy with this purchase. If you're on the fence about this tv I say go for it.
